At Maccao, we strive to deliver premium quality chocolates that meet your expectations. Once the products are delivered and accepted as accurate and as per your original order, we regret that no refunds or exchanges can be made.

However, if you receive items that are damaged, expired, or not as per your original order, please follow these steps:

  1. Return at Delivery: Kindly return the products to the delivery person at the time of receipt, along with a remark on the delivery challan.
  2. Contact Us: Notify our customer service team via the contact information provided on our website. Include your order number, delivery date, and details of the issue.

For a return to be processed:

  • The items must be in unopened, saleable condition.
  • A copy of the original receipt and a return/exchange authorization number must accompany the returned items.

Please note that postage and return charges are non-refundable. Additionally, we cannot process exchanges or refunds for opened or used products under any circumstances.

Processing Time: Refund requests may take 1-3 weeks to process from the date of return. Our team will contact you once your request is complete.
